Know Our Why?

Join our monthly giving program to provide consistent support to our initiatives. Regular contributions, no matter the size, help us plan and sustain long-term projects.

Health

Animal-based diets lead to an increased risk of diabetes, heart disease, and stroke, including milk and milk products that are loaded with high saturated fats. Is there a solution? Growing evidence shows that a balanced plant-based diet can reduce the risk of lifestyle diseases such as these.

Climate

Unimpeded animal farming deforests the land, costing our planet and harming biodiversity. Cattle alone contribute 14.5% of global GHG emissions. Is there another way? A balanced plant-based diet is more respectful of natural resources and requires much less water and land.

Kindness

Animals in factory farms suffer every minute of their lives, in battery cages, separated from their young, or mutilated, till they are consumed. Inhumane practices make their lives of suffering worse. Is there a way out? A balanced plant-based diet allows animals to live their lives naturally.

Justice

The growing demand for meat, dairy, poultry, and fish has led to factory farming, where animals are crammed into cages, spreading diseases harmful to animals, workers, and the public. This also creates inefficiencies in agriculture, threatening food security, especially for marginalized communities.
